Rite Aid: Class Action for Assistant Store Mangers Co-Managers of this well known pharmacy were not paid overtime wages

Rite Aid has hundreds of stores in New York and around the country uniformly failed to pay its assistant store managers and co-managers overtime under both federal (FLSA) and New York labor laws. Despite settling numerous cases around the country for the same exact practices, Rite Aid Corp. chose to pay its assistant store managers salaries instead of overtime in the face of numerous rulings that assistant store managers are entitled to overtime wages.
