David A. Roth
David A. Roth
is a partner at the firm and was admitted to
the bars of New York, New Jersey, United
States Eastern and Southern Districts of New
York in 1992.
He has also been admitted
to try cases in the states of California and
Virginia. He is a member of the Board of
Directors of the New York State Trial
Lawyers Association and is active with
lobbying efforts as well as participating in
various Committee projects. He is also a
member of the national trial lawyers
association now known as the American
Association for Justice and is a member of
the National Employment Lawyers Association.
In addition to offering
lectures throughout the country, David has
authored articles in the New York State
Trial Lawyers quarterly magazine ranging
from deposing the corporate record keeper to
MTA liability. He has prosecuted and tried
numerous cases in all of the Courts in and
around the City of New York at the state,
appellate and federal venues. In prosecuting
clients’ rights, Mr. Roth has undertaken to
champion the disadvantaged and to fight for
those people who could not fight for
themselves including those workers who
worked hard but had their wages withheld
from unscrupulous employers.
David has
taken on numerous fortune 500 companies that
have attempted to increase profits by
failing to pay their employees fair and
legal wages.
The
failure to pay fair wages while so many
people are struggling financially and are
expected to have corporate loyalty is why
David and the firm have taken up the fight
to get a fair wage for their clients.
