Charles Gershbaum

Charles Gershbaum is a founding member of the law firm of Hepworth, Gershbaum & Roth, PLLC.

The firm is based in Manhattan, New York and concentrates on employment litigation, representing only the employees. Mr. Gershbaum has extensive courtroom experience, and has selected juries and tried cases to verdict in multiple New York counties. Additionally, Mr. Gershbaum has authored and argued winning appellate briefs in the, First and Second Departments of the State of New York. Fighting big corporations is nothing new to Mr. Gershbaum, having been on the Front page of the New York Law Journal for obtaining Sanctions against the City of New York for their actions in a civil litigation matter as well as been cited in the Kyodo News, Tokyo Japan.

Mr. Gershbaum is admitted to practice in, New York State Supreme Court and the U.S. District Courts, Southern and Eastern Districts OF NEW YORK.

Mr. Gershbaum currently resides in New Jersey with his wife and four children.
