Charles Gershbaum is a founding member of the law firm of Gershbaum and Weisz, PC. The firm is based in Manhattan, New York and concentrates in the field of litigation. Mr. Gershbaum has selected juries and tried cases to verdict in many New York counties. Additionally, Mr. Gershbaum has authored and argued winning appellate briefs in the Appellate Division, First and Second Departments of the State of New York.
Mr. Gershbaum is admitted to practice in, New York State Supreme Court and the U.S. District Courts, Southern and Eastern Districts. He is also a Board member of the Automobile and No-fault Committee of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, A Member of Traumatic Brain Injury Association of the American Association for Justice (formerly Association of Trial lawyers of America) and the New York State Bar Association;
Mr. Gershbaum has lectured on the topic of personal injury for the National Academy of Continuing legal education on the topic of personal injury law. Mr. Gershbaum currently resides in New Jersey with his wife and four children and is a board member of Congregation Ohr Torah and the Rabbi Pasaech Raymon Yeshiva, a private school with over 500 students. He graduated from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University, in 1990 his honors include Editor, Journal of International Law, 1990, Member, Journal of International Law, 1989.
