Modell's: Class/Collective for Assistant Store Managers - The Modell's Assistant Store Managers were paid a salary and not paid overtime

Assistant Store Managers were paid salary despite the employees doing basic menial jobs that the hourly employees were doing as well. Despite rulings in New York and around the country that assistant store managers are entitled to overtime wages, the assistant store managers working for Modell's were not paid overtime wages. A suit has been brought on behalf of these assistant store managers and we are continuing to prosecute and investigate the case against Modell Sporting Goods.
