DCH Auto Group: Multiple workers of African-American descent were harassed, and were subjected to racial discrimination

Workers were subjected to racial slurs and jokes and were subject to discrimination based upon their race. The allegations in this case are truly shocking. It is alleged that these DCH AUTO GROUP salesman were publicly as well as privately humiliated with racial slurs, texting and e-mails containing vile and disturbing images. These employees had both their federal and state civil rights violated. What is most hurtful is that in today's job climate, employees are so desperate to keep their jobs that they will put up with almost any type of abuse no matter how bad or wrong it is.
